iPhone 12 repair
Choose the repair: exact price, part and warranty stated. Send your device by mail from anywhere in Switzerland, insured return shipping included.
Prices in Swiss francs; iFixYourTech Sàrl is not subject to VAT. Our parts are compatible parts, not manufacturer parts. Standard range: compatible part of standard quality; on a model with a factory-fitted OLED screen, the Standard screen is usually LCD technology, slightly less bright and more power-hungry. Premium range: new high-end compatible part (for example an OLED screen), with image quality close to that of the factory-fitted screen.
Good to know on iPhone: after the screen or battery has been replaced outside Apple's network, iOS reports the part as ‘unknown’ in Settings, General, About, and may no longer show the battery health. The iPhone works normally: this is how Apple's system behaves, not a fault in the repair. Battery with a 12-month warranty: if the capacity falls below 80% during this period, the battery is replaced free of charge.

Common faults and tips
The iPhone 12 has a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED screen. In the Premium range, the compatible screen is an OLED, like the factory-fitted screen; in the Standard range, often an LCD. The charging port is Lightning. A maximum capacity below 80% in Settings > Battery > Battery Health indicates a worn battery. After the screen, the battery or a camera has been replaced, iOS may show ‘Unknown Part’ in Settings > General > About, without preventing use. Apple opened a free repair programme for iPhone 12 and 12 Pro devices made from October 2020 to April 2021 whose earpiece made no sound during calls. Valid for three years after the first sale, it is no longer listed as active: check with Apple first whether your iPhone is covered.
